Laura is the founder and owner of Soiree Special Events. She is a graduate of James Madison University’s Special Events program as part of the Hospitality Management major in the College of Business. While a formal education has taught her a lot, experience is still the best teacher. She understands the importance of high-quality personalized service, which is often difficult to find in the wedding industry.

Laura is also a DC-area newlywed! She spent her 3.5 years of her engagement researching vendors, gathering ideas, and talking with other brides. Most importantly, she understands where you are coming from because she was there too.Laura schedules appointments any weekday (daytime or evening) and some select weekends.
